Introduction
1. Install
- My Closet Pixie can be installed on both desktops and laptops running Windows and Mac OS.
- You'll need the Google Chrome browser, if you don't already have one, you can install it here.
- Use this link to add My Closet Pixie to your Google Chrome browser. Add to Chrome
- Alternatively, if you prefer Firefox, you can use this link - Add to Firefox and Edge.
2. Sign up
- Go to Poshmark.com or Poshmark.ca depending on your location.
- Wait for My Closet Pixie to load and pop up, then press Sign Up.
- Enter the email and password you want to use for My Closet Pixie.
3. Start a Free Trial
- After signing up you can start a free 7-day trial. No credit card information is required. Just press one button and the trial can begin!
How to install and update My Closet Pixie
My Closet Pixie can be installed on both desktops and laptops running Windows and Mac OS. You'll need the Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
- Go to myclosetpixie.com and click `Getting started`
- There you can find video instruction or follow the steps.
- You'll need the Google Chrome browser, if you don't already have one, you can install it here.
- Use this link to add My Closet Pixie to your Google Chrome browser. Add to Chrome by clicking the button and `Add extension` (Mozilla and Edge are also supported).
- Alternatively, if you prefer Firefox, you can use this link - Add to Firefox.
- My Closet Pixie will automatically pop up on Poshmark.com.
You can use My Closet Pixie on desktop or mobile device on your web browser Chrome or Firefox.

Start trial
How to start your 7-day FREE trial
- Check if you already have My Closet Pixie app installed, if no, go to User guide - Desktop installation or Mobile installation to find an instruction.
- Open Poshmark.com and My Closet Pixie will automatically show up in the bottom left corner.
- Click on My Closet Pixie app and you will see this window.
- Click the SIGN UP button and write an email and password you are going to use for My Closet Pixie and press

Share To Followers
- Go to the closet or page with the items you would like to share. It can be your closet, someone else’s closet, the main feed, or a party.
- Use the filtering options on the left side of the page and filter out all the items you don’t want to share.
- Click on the My Closet Pixie
- icon on the left side bottom of the page.
- Go to the "Share" tab.
3. Click
button to load more items in the closet. It will load all the items automatically or press
button if you have reached your sharing items limit.
4. Click the
button. It will show you how many items there are on the page, and percentages of shared items.
- You can change the speed of the share button at the bottom of the share tab by clicking the up/down arrow.
- You can pause the sharing by clicking on the button again.
- You can repeat sharing items 1 to 10 times or choose to repeat indefinitely by clicking the up/down arrow.
- My Closet Pixie will share the items on the page over and over again until the CAPTCHA comes up. If the CAPTCHA comes up, you can wait while it is automatically solved, which can take up to 2 minutes,
or you can solve it manually and press continue. It will continue sharing where you left off.
- If you want to use the browser for other work, it is better to open it as a new window, rather than a new tab.
Share To Parties
- Go to the closet or page with the items you would like to share. It can be your closet, someone else’s closet, the main feed, or a party.

- The ‘Share To Party’ button only works when there is a party going on.
- You can change the speed of the share button at the bottom of the share tab by clicking the up/down arrow.
- You can pause the sharing by clicking on the button again.

Share Limit
Limit your shares to avoid temporary blocking by Poshmark.
- In the
menu, there’s a ‘Daily sharing limit’ setting.
- You can switch on the warning, to tell you when the limit is achieved. It is possible to change the daily sharing limit, but you should not overshare over the 24 hours.
- If you split your shares throughout the day, it is possible to share about 8 000 - 10 000 items. But if your sharing speed is high, you should not exceed 3 000 - 5 000 shares a day.
Follow & Unfollow Closets
Follow users listed in someone's closet in section 'followers' and 'following'.
Follow Users
- Go to the closet that has the followers, or, follow people you want to follow.
- When you choose the closet, choose the section of ‘followers’ or ‘following’.
- Once the list is visible, open My Closet Pixie.
- Head over to the tab
You can
button and My Closet Pixie will load all the users.
6. Click the button again, to stop loading.
7. Click the
button. It will start following users.
8. If you want to unfollow some closets, click
button and it will unfollow all the loaded closets. To stop, click the button again.
- You can change the speed of the follow/unfollow button by clicking the up/down arrow.
- If the CAPTCHA comes up, you can wait while it is automatically solved, which can take up to 2 minutes,
- or you can solve it manually and press continue. It will continue following/unfollowing where you left off.
Organize your closet
Change the order of items in your closet
- Go to
tab.
2. Click
button.
3. Now you can move your listings and change the order of items, by moving them to the top, bottom, right or left side. When you are done click
button.
4. You can click
if you don't want changes to be saved.
Offer To Likers
Make Offers to users who Liked your items
- Go to
tab.

button.
3. It will show you how many items there are ready to offer and you can choose your offer discount by moving the range slider.
You can also give a discount for shipping, by choosing one of the options below.
My Closet Pixie will automatically show Offer Discount price and Shipping Discount for all the items, so you can follow up the offers you make.
4. When everything is set up, click
and My Closet Pixie will send offers to all item likers.
- Offer to Likers must be at least 10% below listing price and include a shipping discount. All offers are binding and expire in 24 hours. If the buyer accepts, payment will be processed.
Update your listing
Make Offers to users who Liked your items
- This action will make your listing as just updated and share it with your followers.

How secure are my credit card details?
Payments are processed using Stripe. It is the most secure payment platform worldwide. We don't store any information about your card details or you, except your email address.
How to start my subscription?
After your 7 days trial, you can add your card details and start to subscribe monthly or yearly. Click here to find instructions step by step.
How to cancel my subscription?
Open My Closet Pixie app, go to your Profile and click Cancel subscription. Please, leave us a feedback if you cancel your subscription.
What to do if something is not working?
- Try to restart your device.
- Uninstall My Closet Pixie extension and reinstall it.
- Log out from your Poshmark account and log back in.

Start subscription
How to start your monthly or yearly subscription
- Open My Closet Pixie app
- Go to Profile and you will see this window and information about your trial end date, but you can start your subscription while still on trial, if you want.
- Click `Start subscription` and choose monthly or yearly subscription. As you can see, yearly subscription is a better deal.
- Write down your card details and click `Pay`. (Payments are securely handed by STRIPE.)
- Your payment will be made straight away and your subscription will start.
- Subscriptions will be automatically every month/year at the same date.
- You can cancel your subscription any time. Go to User guide - Cancel subscription to see the steps on how to do it.
Cancel subscription
- To cancel your subscription go to My Cloet Pixie app.
- Go to your profile
- Click Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Troubleshooting
What to do if something is not working?
- Try to restart your device.
- Uninstall My Closet Pixie extension and reinstall it.

- Left click on the extension icon on the top right corner.
- Left click on three dots.
- Click `Remove from Chrome`.
- Click `Remove`.

- Left click on the My Closet Pixie icon on the top right corner.
- Click `Remove Extension`.
- Click `Remove`.
